  15. DESCRIPTION
  16.   eeddtt invokes EDT+, an extended emulation of Digital Equipment Corporation's
  17.   EDT editor.
  18.  
  19.   EDT+ incorporates a powerful word processor, a disaster recovery system, an
  20.   extensive help facility, full featured programmable text processing, and
  21.   the _G_O_L_D-_K_E_Y style of editing.

  26.        Reads startup commands from _f_i_l_e-_n_a_m_e instead of from eeddttiinnii..eeddtt.

  46.        Used to access a file for reading purposes only.     This option is

  50.        is the default and will cause a journal file to be written and an out-
  51.        put file to be created upon exiting your editing session.

  58.   $_H_O_M_E/_e_d_t_i_n_i._e_d_t    If present, this file is read by EDT+ to define the
